At Jungle Pillows, we accept all returns within 30 days. If you want to return a product don't worry - it's a simple process. Just send us an email informing us of the return, send your product back to us, and we will refund your purchase as soon as we receive it.  

Full Return Policy: 

• You can return any purchase to us within 30 days of the arrival of your order to receive your full money back, or you can exchange your purchase for another product(s) of equal value
• Your item must be in original condition
• Please return your item as it was sent, with any original packaging and/or the original tags intact
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• You are responsible for return shipping charges unless product is defective upon arrival

How do I start a return?

Just send us an email to contact@junglepillows.com and let us know that you would like to return your order. Please include your order number. We will respond within 24 hours.

We will refund your purchase for the cost of the items ordered once we receive your returned package (original shipping costs are non-refundable). In the case of a manufacturing defect, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Otherwise, the cost of the shipping label is the responsibility of the customer.
